WA State Care Providers are required to provide new residents the client information booklet regarding residents’ “Right to Make Health Care Decisions”. Understanding who can legally make health care decisions for your resident helps you know how to proceed when your resident’s care needs change, whether the changes are gradual, or abrupt emergencies.
